Post Workout Smoothie
This has been our go-to smoothie for quite a while now and is it every delicious. It's calorie dense, all plant-based, and helps with inflammation and recovery. Definitely something to look forward to after a workout!
- 3 Bananas
- 3 Dates
- Parsley and Cilantro
- Hemp Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Bit of fresh or ground Turmeric (We get our turmeric from Superstore)
- Bit of black Pepper
- 1 Scoop Vivo Life Vanilla Protein Powder
Pour some water - about half of blender after all ingredients are in. Blend it up in a Vitamix or another powerful blender and done! By the way, parsley and cilantro goes so great with the Vanilla Protein Powder.
