The Big Bad Veggie Smoothie
Want to drink your vegetables. Plant-Based, Calorie Dense, and Filling! This has been a staple in my diet for years and is one of my meals every single day. For a very long time, I hated the taste of vegetables (not anymore thooo), however once I was gifted my vitamix, I started to put a bunch of things together to mask the taste, and Vivo Life does it like no other.
- 2 Bananas
- Purple Cabbage (Which is way too under appreciated for its nutrition)
- Frozen fruits (Up to you but we like Pineapple)
- Hemp Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- Bit of Turmeric (Fresh or Ground - We get our fresh turmeric from Superstore)
- Bit of Pepper
- Vivo Life Acai & Blueberry Perform Protein Powder
Pour some water in - about half after all ingredients are in. Blend it with a Vitamix or another powerful blender and it is good to go! The sweetness of the Acai is perfect for this veggie smoothie.
